potential buyers is presented for pre-approval and our initial
summary maintains anonymity until the buyers is qualified and
has signed confidentiality agreements. In many cases we are able
to anticipate problems and solve them with deal structures that
would not be apparent to the parties themselves. We guide both
parties through closing and make every effort for both parties
to complete a successful transaction and transition.
